Villa Elena is a newly built maisonette 58 sqm fully equipped with private pool 32sqm and is located 7 km from Corfu town on a 2 acre estate with a wonderful garden and trees. The villa offers private parking in front of the entrance of the house.

The ground floor includes a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area where you can prepare and enjoy a wonderful meal, living room with corner sofa, which easily becomes a double bed or twin, with great views of the pool and the estate, balcony in front at the pool where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and cocktail. The balcony is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. Next to the main entrance of the house there is a storage room of 5 sqm where there is a washing machine; there you can place the suitcases when you have settled in the house, in order to save space. In the same area there is a broom with an ashtray, a bucket with a map, convertible drying rack for clothes and detergents for cleaning the house.
