The first floor includes a modern bathroom with amenities neatly arranged, a cozy soft lighting bendroom  with a  double bed, and fresh linens and hotel- style toiletries provided. The first floor balcony  overlooking the mountain, the pool and the green estate. The balcony is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunset or the morning coffee.

Next to the main entrance of the house there is a storage room of 5 sqm where there is a washing machine  and dryer. In storage room there is a broom with an ashtray, a bucket with a map, convertible drying rack for clothes and detergents for cleaning the house.
